Definitions

• Platform – LOA Community, including websites, applications, tools, and functionalities.
• User – any individual or legal entity using the Platform.
• Personal Data – any information relating to an identifiable user (e.g., name, email, IP address, usage data).
• Coaches, Advisors, Professionals, Organizations – verified coaches, non-clinical advisors (including Law of Attraction, spiritual, and mindset advisors), psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and authorized institutions or clinics.

General Principles and Purpose of Data Collection

• Personal data is collected to enable secure communication, provision of professional services, management of user accounts, and processing of payments.
• Data is processed in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws.

Age Restrictions and Eligibility

• Platform is only for users aged 18 and above.
• Minors are strictly prohibited from registering.

Coaches, Advisors, Professionals and Organizations

• Verified coaches, advisors, professionals, and organizations providing coaching, consulting, courses, or therapy must complete identity verification and, where applicable, confirm their credentials.
• All services, content and advice provided by coaches, advisors, professionals, are solely the responsibility of the  coaches/ advisors/ professionals/ organizations. The Platform disclaims any liability for accuracy, applicability, or outcomes.
• Coaches, advisors, professionals, and organizations are solely responsible for the services, advice, and content they provide through the Platform. The Platform does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of third-party advice and disclaims liability for outcomes resulting from such third-party service.

Data Security

• Technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data.
• Only authorized staff and verified professionals have access to data necessary for Platform operation.

Cookies and Tracking

• No cookies are used for advertising or algorithmic tracking.
• Cookies are used solely for Platform functionality and user experience improvement.

Policy Changes

• The Platform may update this Privacy Policy.
• Users will be notified via Email or notifications within the Platform.
